- Question: Why is "The Private Side of the Island," "Funny Monkeys", "Final Years" and "The Dad's Only" sections private to the public, and how do I join?

Following the criteria of the “Final Years” section, the private areas will require that you first introduce your family (in the “Introduction section” of the forum) and have made at least 10-20 posts on the open forum. These requirements can be altered if advised from a staff member or long time person of the forum who is validating your identity.
